Caduceus Cellars is a winery in the Verde Valley of Arizona, United States owned by Maynard James Keenan, a musician descended from Northern Italian winemakers.While the winery is named after caduceus, an ancient symbol for commerce and staff of the Greek god Hermes, the vineyard is named Merkin Vineyards, after a pubic wig.

Juniper Well Ranch has planted over two acres of vineyards featuring the Spanish Tempranillo grape (heartiest vines). They are also growing Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Syrah, Grenache, Pino Grigio and Sauvignon Blanc and Malbec, many which were first planted in 2004. The first harvest was in the fall of 2008. Tough Country Winery has produced 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah and bottled Arizona Grenache and Chardonnay. 2009 Merlot, Tempranillo, Petite Syrah will be ready for sale summer of 2010.

Deb Wahl, owner of Oak Creek Vineyards & Winery, has heard many times that “Good wines grows on gentle slopes with a river nearby” this is why her vineyard is located near beautiful Sedona, across from Oak Creek. In the higher elevations of the property, they grow Syrah & Merlot and in the lower portions they produce Zinfandel and Chardonnay. There is great sun exposure and currently they have approximately 4,000 plants on just ten acres. They produce full-bodied flavorful reds and lean whites in small batches, giving individual attention to each barrel.

Pillsbury Wine Company is the evolution of a Dream-Come-True project by New Zealand by Film Director and Winemaker Sam Pillsbury. In the less than two years since he released his first wines under the Pillsbury label the wines received: a 93 from Mark Tarbell in the AZ Republic; a ‘Best AZ Wine’ from the San Francisco Examine; a rave from trendy Eateraz.com blog; ‘Best Local Winemaker’ from Phoenix Magazine; and a Gold Medal at the 2009 AWGA Festival for the 2007 Diva. Wine Spectator called him one of the ‘Rising Stars of the Southwest’ and rated the 2007 Roan Red and 2007 Diva an 88. They gave the 2007 Pillsbury Petite Sirah 89, the highest score for an AZ wine from this publication.
