N. AZ Verde Valley Tours
Tour. Taste. Travel in Style. Spend a day with AZ Wine Tours and fine wine under the cottonwood trees in the beautiful Verde Valley Wine Country. We provide wine tours for groups and parties up to eight adults* or as small as a couple or individual in our luxury eight passenger Excursion SUV limousine.
Departure:
Our Verde Valley tour begins at one or two pre-arranged pick-up locations (of your choice) in the Phoenix area between 8:30 – 9:30 AM. Since wine will be consumed throughout the tour, we strongly encourage guests to enjoy a full breakfast prior to the tour. After pick-up, we’ll head north on Interstate 17 to the Verde Valley. Driving time to the Verde Valley takes approximately two hours or less.
Your tour package includes: area maps of the wineries and tasting rooms; AZ Wine Tours tasting journals; AZ Wine Tours gifts; non-alcoholic beverages and snacks. Your personal refreshments are welcome in the limousine.
*AZ Wine Tour participants must be 21 or older and provide picture identification.
Tasting Rooms:
We’ll reach our first destination in Old Town Cottonwood. While you’re here you’ll have the opportunity to visit the Pillsbury Wine Company Tasting Room and the Arizona Stronghold Tasting Room.
Lunch:
A picnic lunch will be provided by The Orion Bread Co., in Old Town Cottonwood. Please download our lunch menu for complete Artesian sandwich descriptions.
Lunch is prepared fresh around the noon hour, and you may enjoy your lunch at any time during the tour. Chauffeur Mike will point out comfortable areas to enjoy your lunch at every location, i.e., the deck at Page Springs Cellars’ overlooking Oak Creek or the inviting porch at Oak Creek Vineyard.
Vineyards:
Our next destination is Page Springs where you’ll explore two of the following vineyards: Javelina Leap Vineyards; Oak Creek Vineyards and Page Springs Cellars. We’ll wrap up our tour at Alcantara Vineyards. All the vineyards have tasting rooms and beautiful elements to appreciate.
Phoenix Arrival:
We’ll safely drop you and your party off at the same centralized location between 5:00 – 6:00 PM. You will have completed a wonderful day touring, tasting and traveling in style with AZ Wine Tours.
Pricing:
Prices as low as $160.00 per guest when you book a group of 8.

Please call for pricing for less then 5 people. We may have people signed up on our “Open Seating List” (see below). This would be an excellent way to lower your cost per person for a Wine Tour.
Tour pricing include all tasting fees, lunch, well stocked snack basket, bottled water, ice and complimentary AZ Wine Tours gift bag.
Open Seating Option:
To maximize the value of your tour, groups with less than eight guests can open their tour to folks outside of their party. Please let your booking agent know you would like to have open seating in your limousine and a notation will be made on our calendar to encourage guests to join your party.
The open seating option will close 72 hours prior to your tour and you will be contacted to finalize payment. See our Tour Pricing for per person rate. Your credit card will be charged for the full tour 72 hours prior to the date of departure.
Payment:
Tour dates are available on a first come, first serve basis. A non-refundable $200 deposit is required to reserve a tour. The remaining tour payment is required 72 hours prior to the tour date. We accept Visa, MasterCard and personal checks. We will accept up to two credit cards to split payment between guests.
Cancellations are accepted up to 72 hours in advance of the reserved tour. Limited to two credit cards per tour group accepted.
